Role– Instrumentation & Controls Engineer

Location– Midland, TX – Onsite

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Bachelor or Masters Engineering Degree Instrumentation & Control Engineering or Electrical Engineering

· 10-13 years’ experience Domain experience from Chemical or Petrochemical industries or Refinery

· Capable of Engineering / Project Coordination + Interface Management + Customer Management for specific Instrumentation and Control , Automation and Electrical Engineering related jobs

· Experienced Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in various phases of project life cycle.

· Experience in plant engineering and project management activities for Concept study, Feasibility, Basic, FEL, FEED, DED

· Experience in Plant Capital or expense projects, Plant Maintenance or reliability or sustenance projects.

· Experience in Plant controls systems-oriented projects, instruments and analyzers projects, electrical projects.

· Strong engineering professional skilled in estimating, planning, monitoring, executing, and commissioning

· Worked as an onsite coordinator between offshore and client office

· Basic understanding of multiple disciplines requirements (i.e. Process, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical and Instrumentation) and provide inputs to the offshore team from site.

· Onsite coordination with all stakeholders incl. suppliers/vendor, agencies/ contractor etc.

· Site coordination for inputs and providing mark-up on layouts/drawings to offshore team

· Review /preparation of Equipment datasheets & specifications and RFQ and aligning with Client.

· Support in preparation of project schedule and aligning with Client

· Preparation of Tender document/SOW document

· Floating of enquiries, vendor offer review and preparation of TBA and supporting client in finalization of vendors

· Follow-up vendors for delivery, conducting FAT/SAT

· Project execution including coordination with Site team, vendors and contractors for installation and commissioning

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $130,000.00 per year
