Maintenance Engineerneeded for a contractopportunity with Yoh’s client in Hubbs, NM.

Pay Rate: $28-$40/hr

ONSITE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• General building maintenance, oversight of vendors.
• Candidate should have a mechanical background – preferably in a hospital setting.
  Ideally HVAC Certs (EPA or CFC Preferred). However more general building focused. Light plumbing and light electrical skills also needed.
• Hours: Monday -Friday; 8:00 AM -4:30 PM – Need flexibility to support vendors and client when work needs to be done out of the normal operating hours. Be prepared to take emergency calls.
• The main site is a hospital that is
  closed, client recently moved to a new location, we are tasked with maintaining the site until disposal. We will
  manage vendors for this There are 5 other medical office buildings on the campus.
• What is the COVID protocol for the site? Fully immunized or an approved accommodation

Required:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of four years of related experience and/or trade school training.

• Universal CFC certification required.
• Experience working in a hospital environment.
• Additional certification in one or more of the following: electrical, mechanical, HVAC and refrigeration systems, process controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing, carpentry or engine repair. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions.
• Physical requirements include stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs / ladders and ability to lift / carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
