Responsible for the human resources management of Yaheetech’s US company, including but not limited to establishing and improving human resources protocols, management systems and processes based on the relevant laws and the needs of the US company.
Responsible for the overall HRwork management of the US company, including recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee relations and day-to-day administration work.
Responsible for effectively developing company culture, maximizing retention, and managing labor relations including but not limited to the areas of contract renewal, employee relationships, staff termination, contract management, staff promotions, benefits processing and other needs as they arise.
Responsible for recruiting and in conjunction with the global headquarters developing & implementing talent acquisition strategies.
Responsible for establishing appropriate recruitment channels.
Responsible for pursuing and implementing accountability and properly handling major employee relationship events (including disputes, conflicts of interest, mental health issues, and any others as they arise) in a way that reflects the company’s cultural and management requirements while also complying with laws and regulations.
Responsible for cooperating with the global headquarters human resources team to perform HR functions in Yaheetech’s US subsidiaries.

Required Education and Experience
Minimum of five years human resources work experience in warehousing and/or supply chain/third-party logistics.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related HR field. MBA or MA strongly preferred or the equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR or SPHR preferred.
Previous experience reporting directly to senior management is preferred.
Background and familiarity with employment law and worker’s compensation. Understanding of FMLA and OSHA are a plus.
Understanding of benefits administration and workers compensation and unemployment claims review and processing.
Experience and understanding of progressive disciplinary action processes.
Have demonstrated ability to work independently (with minimal oversight) and effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.
Experience with administering company policies in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
Familiar with how to promote and maintain a safe working environment.
Knowledgeable of how to effectively implement company policies, procedures and work instructions.
Know how to communicate effectively with customers and third-party partners.
Excellent PC and smartphone skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Great written and oral communication skills.
HR experience in fast moving environments is highly desirable
