XNE Financial Advising, LLC Looking for Tax Specialist at Remote Full Time

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Tax Specialist to work remotely and join our growing team. This position is commission based only and starts out at 25 percent of fee collected as paid to potential candidate with the potential to grow to 35 percent based on the performance.

Founded in 2011, XNE Financial Advising, LLC has advised and/or served more than 1,000 individuals and small businesses with various financial services that will lead to the creation of generational wealth. Since its incorporation, the company has managed approximately $11.5 million in revenue for small businesses as well as managing the finances of $7.2 million for families. The company continues to add and enhance services that support clients in various occupations. The company has processed more than 2,000 tax returns, processed more than $200 million of taxable income, and returned more than $8 million in refunds for clients since its inception.

You’ll work closely with the CEO in completing data entry for clients and assisting with preparing their individual tax returns. Key to detail and confidentiality is imperative in this role as you’ll be handling the personal information of taxpayers.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly and annual reports
• Collect data from income statements and expense documents
• Complete clients’ tax documentation
• Review data on reports and detect possible errors

Requirements and skills

• Experience as a Tax Preparer or a similar role
• Flexibility needed, ability to complete returns or assignments within twelve hours of receiving a task
• Accurate math and accounting skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn tax accounting and preparation software.
• Requires own laptop/computer, cell phone, internet; will receive a technology stipend as part of pay

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent with some training in bookkeeping and accounting required;
• Associates degree or tax preparation training is highly preferred.
• At least 1 to 3 years preparing taxes in the U.S.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Up to $1,500.00 per month
