The Email & Affiliate Specialist will be a mix between managing the affiliate marketing program and supporting the Email Marketing Manager.

What You’ll Do:

Email Marketing

• Support the creation and execution of best-in-class email and SMS campaigns that help drive prospective customers through a multi-stage conversion funnel

• Assist with the day-to-day creation, execution and optimization of customer lead nurture, onboarding and retention email and SMS programs

• Work with Email Marketing Manager to execute strategy designed to increase customer loyalty and engagement, improve retention and reduce churn

• Assist with content calendar creation, copywriting, campaign building, campaign execution, workflow set-up, proofing, and deployment.

• Set up A/B tests, prepare recap of results after test completion, and apply learnings to future campaigns.

• Measure, analyze and report on campaign performance; identify insights and share with broader team to improve efficiency of Marketing and Sales efforts

Affiliate Marketing

• Actively seek out new partnership opportunities and lead affiliate publisher recruitment and onboarding

• Conduct outreach to existing affiliate partners to strengthen relationships, continually improve content, and manage partner performance

• Monitor affiliate channel performance and share results in weekly marketing team meetings

• Manage administrative processes to ensure smooth operation of affiliate channel including reviewing invoices, troubleshooting tracking issues, etc.

What You Have:

• 1-2 years of experience managing relationships with external partners and agencies

• 2-4 years of experience creating email marketing campaigns

• Able to negotiate to ensure cost efficiency for the channel

• Ability to explain and deliver insights and recommendations

• A numerically-literate and detail-oriented individual

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail

• Highly independent, motivated, resourceful and intelligent

• Experience in analyzing metrics and data-driven decisionmaking
