SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
We are looking for an IT Helpdesk Administrator to provide fast, reliable technical assistance on computer systems for WizeHive Team Members and clients. You will answer queries on basic technical issues, offer advice,and arrive at solutions. You must have good technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain solutions. The Help Desk Administrator will also provision and repair laptops, and handle the (de)activation of accounts. You will be successful in this role if you are customer-oriented and enjoy helping others solve complex issues.
LOCATION:
Ideally, we would like this role based in the greater Philadelphia area. WizeHive does not offer visa sponsorship at this time.
