Winthrop & Weinstine is seeking a sociable, energetic Information Technology Analyst to work in our Information Technology Department – someone who can provide technical assistance to all levels of employees. The responsibilities for this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain and record end user-support tickets and other applications, as required.
• Document problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities.
• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing processes.
• Read and develop technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support.
• Test programs, correct errors and make necessary modifications.
• Work as part of a project team to coordinate solutions.
• Train users and answer questions.
• Approve, schedule and plan installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems such as the installation of new or existing software.
• May be required to provide after-hours support.
