The Opportunity
Williams International has an exciting opportunity for a Program Administrator to join our team. The Program Administrator works on a Program Management team, under the direction and guidance of a Senior Program Administrator or a Program Manager to coordinate estimates, scope of work, schedules, terms and conditions and prices for various customer requests for proposals with other functions in the Company and the customer. Will assist in negotiation of proposals as part of the Program Team. After negotiation and award of contracts, coordinates and administers the work with all internal functions to ensure that budgets are placed, schedules are met, payments received and contracts are closed. Close coordination with other groups within Williams International and the customer is necessary. The Program Administrator will coordinate communications with customers and all involved parties in a timely manner to ensure all contractual, customer and Williams International needs are met.
