This position occupies an important place on the Mid-Kansas Ear, Nose & Throat Associates Audiology
team, and offers the prospect of working closely with the audiologists and interacting with our
patients, providing clinic support while maintaining accurate charting, scheduling appointments,
and assisting with technical tasks. Possibilities of growth in the field of audiology.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: High school education or G.E.D. equivalent. Prior medical experience is
preferred but not required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Possesses the sense of discipline to work in accordance with accepted clinical
standards.
• Comply with all regulatory requirements including OSHA, maintenance of clinical skills and
certifications, etc.
• Be capable of dealing tactfully and effectively with patients, family members, other employees,
and physicians.
• Accurate computer scheduling skills.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with patient, colleagues and
vendors
• The ability to handle a busy office with interruptions, calls, walk-ins. Must have the ability
to direct the flow of the office with efficiency while maintaining a positive attitude
• A strong work ethic and reliability are crucial in this role
