Outside Sales – Home Care

WellSprings Home Care is a provider of a variety of non-medical home care services to individuals with disabilities, injuries, difficulty with mobility, illness, or vulnerable individuals in their place of residence, enabling them to live as independently as possible.

We are looking for a success-driven sales and marketing professional experienced in relationship building, dedicated to team performance, as well as individual advancement to fill our Outside Sales / Marketing opening.

Outside Sales / Marketing Responsibilities
· Represents the agency in activities involving professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, public health agencies, nurse associations, state and county medical societies to apprise them of the availability of the agency services.

· Follows programs and protocols to improve access to home care services in Chester / Montgomery / Delaware counties.

· Serves as a public awareness representative for the agency and is responsible for public education about home care services available through the agency; payer sources and methodologies for obtaining such services.

· Responsible for meeting and/or exceeding referral and admission goals as set by Senior Management.

Outside Sales / Marketing Qualifications
· Friendly, outgoing and experienced

· Previous Home Care or Healthcare experience required

· Ability to make 20-30 site visits and 40 sales calls per week

· Track daily activities and report to management

· Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel)

· Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable automobile transportation.

· Must pass criminal background check

Salary: $50,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
