WealthAbility Looking for Staff Accountant (Remote) at Remote Full Time

Firms within the WealthAbility® network do things differently, and they need talent that breaks the status quo! One of our firms is seeking a dynamic Staff Accountant with excellent organizational skills and public accounting experience.

The Staff Accountant will be a highly organized individual with great communication and resolution skills, as they will be relied upon for some of the critical client interaction and follow through.

Do you enjoy:

• Preparing monthly financial reports, financial statements, sales tax reports, and quarterly payroll reports.
• Updating bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliation, fixed asset schedules, classification of transactions as needed, and verifying A/R and A/P.
• Meeting with clients to discuss their monthly financial reports/statements and collecting missing data.
• Processing payroll through QuickBooks or ADP.
• Responding to and resolve tax, payroll, and sales tax notices.
• Preparing business and individual tax returns during the busy season or as needed.

​ And have the following:

• 3+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of QB Desktop & Online, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and CCH Axcess tax software is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or some college coursework completed.

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
