About the Job

VS Media is currently looking for an organized and thoughtful Marketing Support role to enhance our Affiliates team. This position will report directly to the Director of Traffic Acquisition. This role is to provide affiliate support alongside the rest of the affiliate team including but not limited to answering phones, email inquiries, and Skype chats. As well as contacting accounts regarding traffic growth, assisting with payment issues, ad tools and a multitude of other questions. The team operates in-house, during regular business hours, and on many platforms.

The individual that succeeds in this role is someone who is both careful and dedicated. They must enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment. This candidate will need to be extremely resourceful and able to collaborate in a team environment. Proper training on the team’s policies and procedures will be provided.

Areas of Training and Responsibilities

• Learn VS Media’s Affiliate processes
• Welcome and onboard new affiliates
• Frequent communication with the Affiliates over phone, email, and skype
• Troubleshoot affiliate payout issues by working with the accounting department
• W9 and 1099 requests and issues
• Asset approval/rejection for white label domains and logos

Benefits Package

Compensation will include hourly pay and other perks such as gym reimbursements (after one year of employment) and bagel Wednesdays. Full benefits package including health/dental/vision and an attractive 401K plan.
