Summary:
In this role, you will drive and provide results through efficient and successful delivery of supply chain consulting/purchased services consulting engagements for members and clients. You will be expected to identify, evaluate, and implement opportunities to reduce cost, increase revenue and/or improve performance.
Responsibilities:

Supervise a project team or individually be responsible for significant project work streams or initiatives. Execute plans that meet project schedule, budget and expected value.

Plan and oversee analysis activities to achieve strategic insight to solve complex business problems.

Provide business development support by generating leads, managing pipeline development, or participating in close of sales.

Participate in drafting, review and quality control of proposals and statements of work.

Ensure successful and sustainable implementation of Vizient Workforce tools and technologies at client sites.

Initiate and maintain senior level client relationships, including interaction with the C-suite.

Contribute to practice development by writing papers, attending conferences, participating in speaking engagements, and generating ideas for new products/services, etc.
Qualifications:

Relevant degree preferred.

7 or more years of relevant experience required.

Experience in a purchased services cost improvement-related area within a health care provider organization (i.e., hospital operations or service line leadership role), MedSurg Distributor and/or in a consulting firm is preferred.

Proven experience developing and implementing operating plans and analyzing financial and quality data.

Ability to positively interact with executives, providers, and staff at all levels.

Strong facilitation and presentation skills.

Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
$117,600.00 – $175,050.00
