Position Title: Principle Compute Engineer
Duration: Perm
Work Location: Englewood, CO – Hybrid 3 onsite 2 remote.

Overview of the Project/ Details:
The selected resource will work on a team that does Hardware Verification on an enterprise environment.
- Support and maintain existing lab infrastructure leveraging defined ticketing and resource scheduling processes.
- Continuous evaluation of new and existing server infrastructure capabilities and features, to ensure requirements are met for both existing applications and new product services.
- Contributes to architectural discussions, with both internal and external peers, to ensure proposed solutions are meeting business and operational needs.
- Collaborates with other engineering and operational organizations to understand unmet requirements and challenges, and recommend solutions.
- Responsible for automating the compute and storage certification, bare metal provisioning automation, domain specific automations, etc.
Day to Day:
- Working with the Secondary Backup Solutions team. Will often be giving presentations speaking with different teams as well as senior leadership.
- Will be making Test cases, and coming up with many solutions.
- The Architect will create big pieces and this role will be focusing on the Medium pieces.
- Will be doing compute certifications and fill gaps between Architect and Jr. levels.
MUST HAVE Skills & Technologies:
- Automation Skills ( Ansible / Python / or Any really )
- Knowledge with Compute servers ( HP, Dell, Cisco Server infrastucture)
- Configure servers & Firmware Lifecycle.
Nice to Have:
- Linux is very helpful
- Compute storage experience
Level of experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, ideally 8+
- Engineering work experience / 5-10
- Project management work experience / 5-10
Team size/ work environment: Team of 9 engineers
