GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

• Must guarantee the highest standard of work by maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work environment for you and your fellow employees. Must clean up spills immediately. Must operate dishwasher and assure that the dishwasher is maintained by cleaning the equipment and putting it back together
• Must wash dishes, silverware, and all kitchen utensils, including pots and pans. Must empty and clean all trash receptacles daily.
• Must sweep and mop floors at the end of shift.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must guarantee the highest standard of work by maintaining a clean, sanitary and safe work environment for you and your fellow employees. Must clean up spills immediately
• Must report any sanitation issues to appropriate managers and/or supervisors
• Must maintain equipment and report immediately when something is broken to manager and or supervisor
• Must operate dishwasher and assure that the dishwasher is maintained by cleaning the equipment and putting it back together
• Must wash dishes, silverware, and all kitchen utensils, including pots and pans.
• De-lime dish machine once every 2 weeks. (1stSunday and 3 rd. Sunday of the month)
• Must empty and clean all trash receptacles daily
• Must sweep and mop floors at the end of shift.
• Must provide assistance to the prep cooks and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times
• Must have good personal hygiene
• Reporting to work on time (15 mins before your shift) in full uniform.
• Reporting to your manager/supervisor and making sure you are in full uniform. Black pants, Chef coat, and black non-slip shoes. You must be in full uniform upon arriving on property and at all times while on property.
• “TWIC” badge must be displayed and visible at all times upon arriving on the property
• The use of personal items including, but not limited to, books, any form of electronic device and/or cell phone is prohibited. These items are permitted to be used in the employee area during the employees allotted break time. Some exceptions may apply. See manager or supervisor for approval.
• Perform other duties as requested by Manager or Supervisor
• Tips training quarterly

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Good communication skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Capable of standing for extended periods
• Available for flexible work scheduled including weekends and holidays
• Must successfully pass physical, background check, drug screening, and be fully COVID-19 vaccinated.
