Vibe Collection is hiring for an E-Commerce/Digital Marketing Associate! We are a jewelry design brand committed to the health and wellbeing of our local community in the Virgin Islands. We create heartfelt jewelry infused with love, sharing this joyous vibe with the world. We love our team members, our loyal customers, and the people of the Virgin Islands. The magnificent beauty of the ocean and the land here inspires us. Established in 2004, we have two stores in St. John Virgin Islands that are conveniently located in the heart of Cruz Bay. We’re looking for someone creative to join our team as we’re growing fast and need to expand in order to keep up with and optimize our success.

The Role Logistics

We need e-commerce and digital marketing support in a variety of areas. Our objective is to find the right people and create the ideal role for them/us so that we’re all doing what we love to do in support of our company goals.

We are open to part-time or full-time for this 1099 subcontractor or W2 position depending on your availability, experience and areas of interest. There is a huge potential for growth with 30/60/90 day reviews to look at compensation increase and additional hours based on performance.

This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need

Below is a list of areas where we have gaps and need your help, in priority order.

Bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest.

Mega bonus if someone has multiple areas of interest AND experience AND they love what we do AND they can keep up with high performers.

• Manage Vibe Collection’s Shopify ecommerce store by adding new products, maintaining inventory (alongside inventory manager), and updating the website with new images on the homepage and collection levels.
• Support the marketing director and e-commerce marketing team to assist in executing on overall digital marketing strategy.
• Provide analytics and insight into e-commerce performance, interpret analytics and implement changes as needed.
• BONUS: experience with email marketing and social media.
• BONUS: experience with graphic design.
• BONUS: knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design.

• You are quick to pick up new tech and have experience using Shopify and various social media platforms. We work in a variety of online social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, and TikTok. Knowing the ins and outs of these platforms and generating traffic will be useful.
• You have a reliable computer and internet connection and can use video conferencing services such as Zoom.
