Vibe Collection is hiring for a Digital Community and Social Media Manager! We are a jewelry design brand committed to the health and wellbeing of our local community in the Virgin Islands. We create heartfelt jewelry infused with love, sharing this joyous vibe with the world. We love our team members, our loyal customers, and the people of the Virgin Islands. The magnificent beauty of the ocean and the land here inspires us. Established in 2004, we have two stores in St. John Virgin Islands that are conveniently located in the heart of Cruz Bay. We’re looking for someone creative to join our team as we’re growing fast and need to expand in order to keep up with and optimize our success.

The Role Logistics

We need social media management and digital community support in a variety of areas. Our objective is to find the right people and create the ideal role for them/us so that we’re all doing what we love to do in support of our company goals.

We are open to part-time or full-time for this 1099 subcontractor or W2 employee position, depending on your availability, experience, and areas of interest. There is a huge potential for growth with 30/60/90 day reviews to look at compensation increase and additional hours based on performance.

This is a 100% remote position with flexible hours.

Responsibilities and Areas of Need

Below is a list of areas where we have gaps and need your help, in priority order.

• Create meaningful and aesthetically pleasing content that aligns with the Vibe Collection brand to be used across social media platforms.
• Have an understanding of how to build a social media community and engage in a manner that best represents a business authentically.
• Support and collaborate with the marketing team in executing on overall digital marketing strategy.
• Strategize and create marketing campaigns for Vibe Collection’s social media accounts.
• Grow and manage Vibe Collection’s influencer and affiliate programs/networks.
• BONUS: has some understanding of the jewelry industry and/or elevated/luxury E-Commerce content creation.

• You love creating solid relationships with influencers and affiliates.
• You are quick to pick up new tech and have proven experience with various social media platforms. We work in a variety of online social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, and TikTok. Knowing the ins and outs of these platforms and generating traffic will be useful.
• You appreciate personal development, social justice, and liberation culture and are passionate about your own growth.

• You have a reliable computer and internet connection and can use video conferencing services such as Zoom.
