Greets visitors and answers incoming phone calls to the department to ensure responsive and quality service.
• Maintain, update and create department data files, physical and electronic
• Maintain, update and create department processes, physical and electronic
• Assist with new hire orientation preparation and follow-up
• Assist with employee events preparation and follow-up
• Accurately compile data and assist in preparation of periodic or special projects including reports, presentations and spreadsheets.
• Coordinate and complete other related duties, as assigned
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Complies with all policies and standards

• Prefer a college junior or senior-level student pursuing degree in related department preferred
