Vector Fleet Management is currently looking for a Facility Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk to support our dedicated customer’s fleet located in the Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Area
The Administrative Assistant/Accounting Clerk helps maintain an efficiently functioning office by reviewing, coding, and posting invoices for payments, answering telephones, auditing and assisting with inventory and parts procurement, maintaining the filing system, handling correspondence, and coordinating with local administrative staff, client staff, and corporate office accounting staff to ensure all payables are up to date.
Performs other duties as required by the Site Manager or Director of Operations.
