Job Position: IT Support Services Manager (Full Time Position)
We are currently looking for a qualified applicant to fill the following position: IT Support Services Manager ($55K – $60K)

Job Description:
Under the authority and supervision of the IT Director, the support services manager is responsible for the daily operations of the technical support desk
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate the provisioning of Helpdesk support to Valley Youth House staff throughout the agency
- Ensure quality of support maintaining key metrics of response time, and time to resolution and spot-checking ticket
- Assist in procurement of endpoint equipment, warranty servicing, and replacement according to agency policy
- Maintain and audit compliance with Valley Youth House computer security and usage policies including HIPAA standards
- The support services manager will travel to regional offices to supervise staff, deploy and/or repair equipment up to 40% of work time.
Other Duties:
- To collaborate with other VYH IT Team members and contracted service providers to resolve problems
- Participate in projects and initiatives identified as priorities by VYH Leadership
- To maintain a positive relationship with VYH administrative staff and community members.
- To deal with crisis situations in a proactive and effective manner.
- To complete all personnel materials in an accurate and timely manner.
- To accurately complete all required paperwork and documentation in a manner consistent with established protocols including, but not limited to: staff evaluations, staff time and mileage sheets, miscellaneous personnel material, incident reports, statistics, program reports, program bills, etc.
- To complete other related duties or tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- The manager shall be a mature individual with an ability to adapt to the philosophy of VYH.
- The successful candidate shall possess a minimum of a Certificate in Computer Networking and related field experience.
- The Technician will have a demonstrated ability to work independently, manage team members, coordinate multiple tasks, and will possess sound judgment.
- They will have never been convicted of any child abuse offense and shall possess or obtain required clearances and a valid driver’s license.
