As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will assist department leaders in the development, implementation and administration of compensation models, ensure the accuracy of all data collection, analysis and reporting functions required to support physician and provider compensation plans.

Other responsibilities of the Senior Compensation Analyst role include:

• Assist in the drafting of new contracts.
• Maintain a log for exceptions related to provider compensation models.
• Reviews and checks accuracy of all internal and external reports in cooperation with team members that is used to analyze and create provider compensation reports.
• Provide explanations relative to provider compensation including clear explanations of variances to budget.
• Document and implement accounting controls by analyzing current controls; recommending and implementing changes.
• Assist with annual audit.
• Identifies opportunities to create provider friendly reports that are easy to understand
• Reconcile compensation-related accounts to financial statements to ensure and maintain accuracy.
• Prepare journal entries associated with compensation activity.
• Prepare internal and external reports by gathering and analyzing information from electronic medical records and general ledger systems.
• Identify opportunities to create efficiencies in accounting and reporting associated with physician and advanced provider compensation plans.
