ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBLITIES
Manage resolution of SAP support issues through ticket management.
Mange knowledgebase entries for issue resolution
Generate business process instructions for new programs and program changes.
Conduct small user training sessions for new programs and program changes.
SAP Modules:
ERP
Purchasing
Warehouse Management System
FICO would be a plus
SPECIAL SKILLS, EXPERIENCE OR QUALIFICATIONS:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an ERP/SAP support role.
• Must have a basic understanding of SAP logistics processes.
• Must be detailed oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have experience working successfully in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Must be proficient with the Microsoft products.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize project needs.
• Functions as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams .
• Ability to participate on cross functional project teams to assist in the successful implementation of projects.
• Flexibility to travel to US locations to support launch and other requirements as required.
• Flexibility for shared rotation of off hours support.
