Revenue Manager for top AM Law Firm in NYC!

In this role you would be responsible for the billing and revenue process and helping the firm convert inventory balances into revenues. This is a high-visibility role partnering directly with the firm’s Partners and clients and collaborating with other internal stakeholders to achieve billing and collection targets.

Responsibilities:

Oversee billing and revenue generation process

Ensure timely cash flow, client invoices, collections, and outstanding receivables

Manage effective inventory management activities

Oversee WIP, AR and Billings and ensure balances are managed

Support yearly financial budgeting and analysis

Partner with internal and external stakeholders ensuring balances are converted to revenues

Generate reports for clients, partners, and internal teams to track billing and collections

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

Law Firm experience required, ideally top 50 global firm

5+ years’ experience in billing, collections, and receivables

In depth knowledge in revenue cycle management

Excellent interpersonal and team working skills

3E or Elite Enterprise highly preferred

Ability to work in a hybrid capacity in New York City
