Vaco, LLC has teamed up with our client a Global Manufacturing Company with Locations in Massachusetts, Pennsylvania and Georgia. We have been asked to identify a Human Resources Business Partner that is interested in a Global Industry Leader. This role is great for someone that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be a pivotal member of the Human Resources Team supporting the senior management. Strong Analytical Skills and a strong attention to detail couples with exemplary client focused service will be required. The Human Resources Business Partner will know how to balance human capital needs with business demands.

OVERVIEW

The Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for providing support on performance management, employee relations, compensation, talent management, talent acquisition and policy interpretation for our for the corporate office and will work independently to develop and foster collaborative, effective relationships across the organization.

• Working with development plans and career paths, upgrading talent/performance management, retention strategies, building strong pro-active talent acquisition plans to attract the best of the best from the labor market whilst accelerating high potential talent internally

• building a diverse workforce and bench strength for critical positions and in implementing industry leading capabilities.
• Strong consulting and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with key senior collaborators, build followership with local HR teams, partner with Management to deliver on global people strategies
• Global Human Resources Regulatory Compliance
• Support the business leadership teams in setting the medium-term strategy and business plan, bringing Human Resources insights to the process.
• Coach the business leadership teams in handling sensitive or complex HR issues and in their own personal development including meeting corporate leadership expectations.
• Drive the effectiveness of the Human Resources delivery model through working collaboratively across the business utilizing Group Business Services together with providing Human Resources support to local business managers where face to face support or local context is required.
• Provide effective employee relations advice given the context the business area is working in while maintaining a positive employee relations environment across the assigned population
• Bring challenge and perspective to the business agenda, particularly ensuring the development of the talent, performance enablement, leadership and D&I agendas for the businesses.

Compensation Summary

$50-$70 per hour commensurate
