The Human Resource/Payroll Assistant will serve as an assistant to the Facilities Management Human Resource Manager and two Payroll Specialists and act as back-up as needed. They will assist with the time reporting, payroll and benefits processing, maintaining employee files, maintaining employee vacation and sick leave balances for Facilities Management Staff, Custodial, Grounds, Trades and Operating Engineers.
High School diploma required, Associate’s Degree in a Business related field preferred. Two years of payroll/personnel experience is also preferred. Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other Windows applications is required. Excellent typing and proofreading skills.
