Position Summary
The Department of Periodontics at University of Illinois at Chicago in the College of Dentistry is seeking a qualified candidate for a part-time faculty hourly non-tenure track position of Clinical Assistant Professor to teach in the Predoctoral Program.
Duties & Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
1. Accredited DDS/DMD degree or equivalent
2. Completed an accredited specialty program in Periodontics
3. Eligible for licensure in Illinois
4. Applicants must have advanced training and experience in all areas of periodontology
5. Strong commitment to interdisciplinary care and willingness to engage other academic departments
Preferred Qualifications
1. Certification by the American Board of Periodontology
2. Teaching experience
3. Active scholarly activity
