The Paul Merage School of Business at UC Irvine offers three dynamic MBA programs – plus PhD, specialty masters and undergraduate business degrees – that prepare business leaders for our digitally driven world. Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Facilities, the Facilities Assistant is responsible for: The daily operational needs as they relate to the general cleanliness and upkeep of School of Business buildings 1 & 2 and the 1st floor of the MPAA building. Daily mail and package distribution for the SB1, SB2, and MPAA buildings. Maintaining and supplying sanitation products such as disinfectant and hand sanitizer for public space. Assisting with office moves and installations. Event setup requiring furniture moves and setup of tents, tables, chairs, and other requested items. Work hours for this position are Monday – Friday, 6AM – 3PM.
