Summary of Job Duties:Responsible for supporting and monitoring the UAMS Network Engineering environment. Environment includes but is not limited to: Networking equipment from Brocade, HP, Juniper, and Cisco; networking software from Brocade, HP, Aruba, StatSeeker, and InMon. Responsible for working with all areas of IT and the entire campus to ensure maximum network uptime – both local and wide area networks. Keeps up-to-date on emerging technologies that would benefit UAMS and compliment UAMS’ mission/goals. This position participates in a group 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year on-call rotation where each member of the group takes call for 1 week at a time.Qualifications:
