Unified is looking for a self-driven and innovative problem-solver to execute digital and social media ad campaigns for our expansive roster of advertisers. Unified’s Digital Coordinators work alongside our team of Digital Media Buyers assisting on marketing initiatives across all industries. We are a fast-growing ad-tech company fostering a culture of autonomy and accountability. This role is ideal for people who are looking to make changes within an organization–not just follow existing processes.
Complete a 6-week onboarding program to learn Salesforce, DSPs, the Unified Platform, and other media buying tools
Assist in the creation, execution, and optimization of digital, connected television, and social media ad campaigns
Provide campaign reporting and insights to internal team-members
Use Unified’s proprietary technology and provide product feedback
Actively participate in weekly trainings, daily stand-ups, and company-wide town halls–we want to hear your thoughts!
Demonstrated interest in digital media, marketing, or advertising through professional or educational environments
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Docs
Ability to communicate effectively to both internal and external stakeholders
Proven problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
A collaborative team-player who enjoys working on a team
Eagerness to bring new ideas to the table and affect change within the organization
A self-starting approach and ability to work remotely without constant oversight

Unified has a major employee presence in New York and Los Angeles. We have recently decided to expand our team to include employees in other locations. The position will be remote for now (as are all Unified positions since the Covid pandemic started). In certain regions (Denver, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, and more), our parent company iHeartMedia has offices where we will likely have in-office space in the future. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with remote work for an extended period–possibly beyond 2022.
