UJV is looking to hire an Onboarding and Training Manager to support training and development for the business.
This is a new role for UJV, and we are seeking a Rockstar Coach and Trainer looking for a new home in this magical world of Travel!
The Onboarding and Training Program manager will be responsible for creating our training program from scratch. (We have a rough draft, but we need your experience to take it to the next level!) Your day-to-day will include planning, designing, developing, scheduling, and leading training across the business, such as Sales training, Product training, and Business 101 training.
This role emphasizes the Onboarding process, but you will also work on continuing development training for the business.
This position will report to the Human Resources Director but is accountable to the organization, ensuring every employee has a great onboarding experience and is given the knowledge, vital resources, and tools they need to be successful.
