Position Responsibilities
Lead Uline’s human resources (HR) operations for 200+ employees.
Collaborate with leadership on recruitment strategies, development plans, performance management and employee engagement.
Provide guidance on employee relations and matters of corrective action.
Help manage company organizational structure, roles, responsibilities and staffing levels.
Communicate and administer company benefits and compensation plans.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or related field.
PHR certification preferred.
7+ years HR and recruiting experience, including 2 – 3 years management experience.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Workday.
Thorough knowledge of federal and Florida state labor and employment laws.
Skilled in high-growth recruitment strategies for warehouse / distribution and shift environment.
Able to travel to recruitment events.
MUST be available to travel for an extended period for initial training at Uline’s other domestic locations.
