Deliver our “Uline University” training programs which include orientation, onboarding, team building, professional skill and leadership skill development.
Partner with stakeholders and conduct analysis to design effective training and development programs aligned to business objectives.
Use instructional design practices and learning technology to identify the best solution to meet business needs.
Identify key metrics for learning effectiveness and monitor results to continually improve course offerings.
Coordinate new program implementation with Human Resources (HR) Business Partners and Trainers across the organization.
Collaborate with Training and Development team to execute annual training plan and complete team projects.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Industry certifications preferred (e.g., DDI, DiSC, MBTI).
2 years previous experience in Facilitation and Training Design.
Previous management or supervisory experience.
Available to travel around 20% of the year to Uline’s North American locations.
