UCF Athletics at the University of Central Florida, an NCAA Division I institution and American Athletic Conference (The American) member, is seeking applications for the position of #Content Designer.
As a member of the #Content team, the selected candidate will concept, design, and implement branded campaigns/illustrations/motion graphics that promote UCF’s 16 nationally recognized sports programs, as well as the overall UCF Athletics brand. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two (2) years appropriate experience. Appropriate graduate school coursework or master’s degree may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Prefer strong proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Passion for sports / college athletics, a team-player mentality, and strong attention to detail and communication (written/verbal) skills also preferred. Due to the nature of the position, After Effects, motion design, and photography or illustration is a bonus. Due to the nature/scope of the position selected candidate must be able to take high-level project direction and plan, execute, and deliver completed projects within time sensitive deadlines; be willing and able to travel and work remotely with non-traditional hours (nights and weekends); and able to lift and carry objects up to fifty pounds.
