We have an immediate opening for a Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The Data Entry Specialist will work in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, ensuring that all information is correct and up to date. Your role will be essential in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our data, contributing to the success of our company. This position demands precision, attention to detail, and strong computer skills.
This is a remote part-time position, 20hrs/week. Please don’t apply if you’re only looking for a full-time position.  
Responsibilities:
Entering and updating data into the company’s database.
Sorting and organizing documents for data entry purposes.
Generate both standard and ad-hoc reports as requested.
Regularly review and validate data for precision, consistency, and entirety.
Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
General Bookkeeping, maintaining Records and documents.
Assist with creating statements, bills, and Invoices.
Adhere to data entry and information security policies and procedures.
Other related duties, as needed.
Required Qualifications:
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent attention to detail, with previous data entry experience.
Proficient in Google Drive products and Microsoft Office.
The ability to communicate well in a team-oriented environment.
Candidates with a strong typing background are highly desired.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
