Trustmark National Bank Looking for HR Service Delivery Specialist I at Jackson, MS  Full Time

Position has responsibility to deliver timely, quality information to associates and leaders in response to general HR inquiries.

Serve as first point of contact for associates and leaders for inquiries through the Service Now Case Management platform
• Provide superior customer service when responding to associate questions regarding payroll, company policies, benefits, and general HR inquiries
• Ensure help desk documentation is accurate based on inquiries submitted
• Reassign cases to the appropriate HR team based on the complexity level of the inquiry
• Ensure cases are resolved in a timely manner based on the established service level agreement
• Participate in HR Service Delivery projects, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent required
• Minimum two years of customer facing experience
• General knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent Computer skills
• Excellent analytical, time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work accurately with close attention to details
• Must be able to exercise confidentiality with sensitive information
• Drive and passion around innovation and creative problem-solving
• Minimum two years-experience of customer facing Human Resources experience preferred
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills preferred
• Exceptional computer skills preferred
