We are looking for an awesome high-part-time baker/cook to help us cultivate an amazing baking & cooking operation at both locations. Schedule
~30 Hours Per week:
Monday & Thursday: 2pm to 8pm
&
Saturday & Sunday: 6am to 2pm
— Options to pick up extra food prep hours on Fridays & Saturdays from 2-4pm

Responsibilities

Baker


Making/Baking Pastries from Scratch

Making/Baking Sandwich & Retail Bread from Scratch

Assisting in Generating Accurate Pars and Keeping Track of Inventory

Kitchen
Roasting/Slicing Meats & Cheeses
Making Bulk Syrups & Sauces
General Kitchen Food Prep

Sandwich Station Prep (I.e. grilled onions, eggs, chopped veggies, nut mixtures, etcetera
)

General
Opening Cafe (Bake offs, FOH prep, backups prep)
Maintaining a clean workspace (Dishes, clean kitchen, etc.

Team Work (working together with FT Baker, FOH Staff, and managers to be efficient & effective)
Closing the kitchen
