The Social Media/Brand Manager will be responsible for increasing brand awareness for Triangle Home Services through social media platforms and website creation and development. The ideal candidate for this position will focus on executing the Triangle Home Services human resources strategy of attracting, targeting and recruiting ideal candidates for all positions and marketing strategy of brand awareness to increase leads.
Essential Job Functions:
Working knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc. to engage and target ideal team member candidates.
Uses social media to advertise open positions and brand awareness of Triangle Home Services.
Develops, monitors and manages brand awareness via social media and company websites.
Ability to create content and update company websites.
And any other assigned duties.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management skills, being dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to management direction, and improve performance through management feedback.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
Ability to build relationships and work well with others to increase Triangle brand recognition for hiring purposes.
Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
Strong understanding of Windows/Apple operating systems, internet browsers (e.g. Explorer, Chrome, Safari), email (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Google), and Google applications (Sheets, Docs. Slides).
Bachelors or equivalent (Preferred)
At least 2 years of social media and brand awareness experience (Preferred)
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
