This role will lead and motivate their group, create and manage the measurements and goals, and train new associates. • Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
• Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.

• Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
• Normal range of hearing and vision.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• MVR in good standing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Well-rounded technology capability – ability to operate multiple computer programs and can learn new programs.
• Organized and detail oriented
• Committed individual with strong organizational skills
• Can successfully work on multiple tasks at once and execute with precision and practicality.
