Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled MLC 165 operators for projects located in and around Bellemont, AZ. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $39/hour based on experience & skill level plus $100/per diem for travelers of 60+ miles from the job site. If you are a MLC 165 Operator and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!
Job Scope:
- Installation, maintenance, & repair of wind turbine blades
- Lift, position blades onto the turbines using the large crane
- Remove blades & help with maintenance of blades by lifting technicians or specialized equipment to blades for inspections, cleaning, or repair work
- Provide instructions, status updates, & coordinate lifting operations to ensure smooth workflow & prevent accidents
- Perform routing maintenance and inspections of crane being operated
- Conduct pre-operational checks
- Perform minor repairs
- Report any issues to maintenance team or management
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 8+ Years of Experience in wind, bridges, or big scale construction or a combination of all three
- NCCCO Certification; must have LBC or LAT
- DOT Physical
