Titan Holdings is seeking an IT Site Admin to join its IT team at its company’s headquarters in Coral Gables, FL. The Site Admin, Technology Field Operations position is responsible for providing daily support and management of our corporate Business Productivity, Collaboration and Desktop systems. The position will be responsible for all operational aspects of Titan’s Technology operations supporting our operating companies. This position works closely with the Security and Infrastructure Team and other members of Technology to ensure secure and efficient delivery of IT Services to the whole organization.

Responsibilities:
What Makes You a Great Fit:
5+ years working in technology as a site manager, system administrator, or technology operations
Knowledge of computer software systems, including Office 365.
Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
Strong leadership skills and ability to perform a wide range of duties

Responsibilities and Duties
Oversee daily operations and manage tasks assigned to you for ongoing technology projects
Interface with business leaders to assess needs and define technology to support their team needs
Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in technology landscape and propose potential solutions to enhance efficiency and security of operations
Create and govern overall service and departmental standards and practices and ensure adherence
Keep project management tools up to date with task status for companywide communication
Provide support in person, over the phone, or via remote access
Diagnose issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware
Talk to clients through basic problem-solving processes
Provide end user training, as needed
Communicate planned outages to all affected users and to upper management
Work with vendors to open and escalate support tickets when necessary
Install and upgrade hardware and software systems
Follow up with clients
Complete support tickets
Qualifications:
Skills Required:
To effectively perform the duties of the Site Admin, individuals must be able to demonstrate several competencies that are essential to the position, which include:

Computer Operations:
Previous experience with the following technologies is required:
Windows endpoint, server, and Active Directory infrastructure
Azure/Microsoft 365
Work Hours:
Days and hours of work are Monday through, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. A one (1) hour lunch break is available. This position will require the ability to work nights, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed
Travel:
Required as needed.
