.We are The Westy Roosevelt. A neighborhood upscale Sports bar with locations in West Seattle and Roosevelt. We have been listed as Best Sports Bar in WA State, voted as one of Seattle’s Best Sports Bars and Happy Hours (which we plan to resume once back to normal). We are an owner-operated, non-corporate establishment that prides itself on serving a seasonally updated menu, craft beer, whiskey and sports.
We are one block from Light Rail station, making us an easy commute option.

AM LINE COOK-
Pay $22hr plus tip share.
***Looking to start Immediately***
$1000 hiring bonus. $500 after successfully working 60 days. Another $500 after completing 90 days.
The Ideal candidate must be able to;
- -Open the restaurant and prep kitchen for service Thursday through Sunday.
- -Demonstrate ability to prepare breakfast menu items efficiently and to restaurant standards
- -Show a minimum of 2 years of relatively recent restaurant experience in a cook position and have a current WA Health Card.
- -Must be available both Saturday and Sunday to open, and ideally Thursday & Friday as opener/prep cook. Additional shifts are possible.
- -Understand Prep levels and maintain/execute quality food products.
- -Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- -Follow recipe standards for cooking and plating for service.
- -Work well under pressure and as a team, while maintaining safe practices and standards.
- -Set-up line at start of shift and re-stock/breakdown at the end of shift.
- -Leave a clean kitchen at the end of shift.
