Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Remote Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This person will lead the successful execution of a variety of projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.

This role will be filled by the candidate who displays the ability to assess, learn, add value to the internal or external clients in a successful way. As The Weston Group works in the field of Information Technology, interest and knowledge of some technology is helpful, but TWG has the specific technical needs covered in most cases.

· Weston works with small business to provide success factor driven solutions to increase salability and functionality while maintaining affordability.

· Weston works with high growth companies to define and implement technology, deployment, management, maintenance, and support strategies for information technology when results must be on the table for high growth and scalability.

· Weston works with large healthcare organizations to fill niche IT needs which exist at the intersection of relationships between the organization and other members of healthcare, such as physicians. These require extreme and repeatable customer satisfaction instantiated by stable technology and maintained by white glove support.

· Weston works with medium and large businesses to implement adaptive solutions to work in the era of the 4th Industrial revolution. These include the insourcing of solution delivery via a Unicist Strategic Analyst. Solutions include Telework and Unicist Objects Development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-time, in-budget projects – Execute projects within the intended scope, time frame and funds.
• Communicate with clients – Drive contact with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
• Manage resources – Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
• Track and communicate progress – Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.

Qualifications and Other Aspects

The candidate must possess a relevant combination of education, experience and training that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field preferred
• Experience in network systems preferred
• 2-3 years’ experience in project management preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Advanced skillset in time management and task prioritization
