The Onsite Help Desk Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software at the property level. The Onsite Help Desk Engineer responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solutions.
Primary Schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday
