Our ideal teacher enjoys working with children, is kind, and flexible. He/She is able to learn new techniques and best pracitices for the following required tasks: writing and implementing lesson plans, tracking and grading students’ progress, participating in professional development, and able to supervise students. A bachelor’s degree is required, but education or social science majors may be considered.
