Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
One of our clients, a leading distribution company in the Dedham, MA area, is looking to bring on a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager on a direct-hire basis. This Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will focus on strategic talent management for the company and developing relationships with applicants and hiring managers across all levels. This role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule– applicants must be able to commute to the Dedham, MA area.

Responsibilities:
- Lead full life cycle recruiting including developing job descriptions, targeting, sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Source candidates through various search engines, documenting process along the way
- Manage relationships and interact with hiring managers and applicants
- Identify qualified candidates and assist with recruiting efforts on and off-site
- Draft and compose offer letters, handle onboarding and candidate experience
- Help improve company hiring strategies and initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or HR Certification highly preferred
- 5-10+ years of experience in a corporate or agency recruiting environment
- Passionate about people and talent, can bring new/fresh ideas/best practices to the company and help build out their department
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organized self-starter, confident
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ADP (HRIS), Workable (ATS), Zoom/Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn
- Some travel may be required
