Senior Accountant

This role offers a flexible hybrid schedule, with onsite work in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full book cycle, client records, and bill pay process, ensuring accuracy
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, advisors, vendors, fellow team members, and payroll services
• Maintain client files, supporting schedules, work papers, and other files
• Create journal entries and identify tax-deductible costs
• Capture and report credit card, investment, and banking activity
• Participate in monthly/quarterly financial report creation, tax information collection, client estate planning, client billing procedures, accounts receivable processes, realization analysis, and client research

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of Accounting experience
• Strong systems skills (Excel, QuickBooks, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Verifiable track record of meeting and exceeding expectations
