Payroll Coordinator or Senior Payroll Specialist
Highly respected global firm headquartered in Boston is looking for a Payroll Coordinator OR Senior Payroll Specialist to join their team. The title depends on the experience level of the candidate; i.e. we are open to a junior person or a more senior person and will title and compensate the role according to their skill level and expertise.
Ideal candidates should have 1+ experience and be comfortable in a fast-paced & dynamic environment, able to interact with all levels of the organization.
Reporting to the Manager of Payroll, the Payroll Coordinator OR Senior Payroll Specialist will be a critical part of a small, tight-knit and friendly team.
Additionally, the Payroll Coordinator OR Senior Payroll Specialist will process payroll on a semi-monthly basis as well as compile and distribute payroll, tax and accounting information throughout the organization.
This role is open due to growth within the team. The position comes with a generous total compensation package including base, bonus, OT eligible, 401k match & professional career development support.
