POSITION: Online Live Chat Operator

JOB SUMMARY:
The Chat Shop is looking for an experienced Online Live Chat Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with exceptional multitasking skills. You will be responsible for providing first-class customer support by answering customer inquiries via online chat platforms.
The role will require you to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that all customers’ needs are met. You will be able to work under pressure and handle multiple concurrent customers’ chats.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
– Answer customer inquiries and provide support through online chat platforms
– Respond to incoming chats promptly and professionally
– Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently
– Identify trends in customer inquiries and relay findings to the management team
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely manner
– Maintain accurate customer records and gather relevant information for reporting
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
– A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Online Live Chat Operator
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer chats
– Good working knowledge of different online chat platforms
– Good typing speed and accuracy
– Ability to work under pressure and prioritize workload
– Experience in providing customer service in a fast-paced environment
– Good team player with excellent problem-solving skills
WORKING CONDITIONS:
– This is a part-time position, with a salary range of $10-$25 per hour depending on experience.
– The position may require some flexibility in terms of hours of work.
– This is a remote position and the successful candidate will work from home.
