WHO ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
An Accountant is a financial professional who is responsible for managing and recording a company’s financial accounts and records. Their duties include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements, calculating tax payments and returns as well as checking accounting records for accuracy, tracking invoices and payments and maintaining a system for organizing company documents. Canton Group is seeking an accountant to join our accounting team that will perform daily accounting tasks in support of the accounting team. This is a new position due to growth and we are looking for someone with a strong accounting background to assist as we continue to grow and trend upward. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and accounting and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
