Overview:
Our leading Tech client is searching for a temporary Admin to the Product Marketing Manager, to support the building of content for their annual customer conference, occurring in November. We are looking for someone who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, who is very organized, personable and able to collaborate with a multi-functional marketing team to ensure goals are met on time. If you have experience in project management, have excellent communication skills, are solution oriented with a high attention to detail, we look forward to speaking with you.

Marketing Admin
Pay Rate: $20-$25/hr
3 month Contract with potential to convert

Job Duties:
- Manage the content creation of breakout sessions for an annual company conference that is geared towards prospective customers
- Work with content creators, ensuring that they are on schedule with their goals and deadlines. Support team members who might fall behind and create solutions to help them get back on track
- Maintain an updated calendar/schedule and communicate any updated deadlines and changes
- Work side by side with the Product Marketing Manager to ensure that the customer conference occurs on time and that it turns out to be a successful event.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, and supporting teams with scheduling and communication
- Must be able to start by June 1st and commit to the project through completion
- Proficiency with Google Suite, specifically Google sheets and calendar
- Experience working with a multi-functional team that deals with strict deadlines
- Able to manage and track a schedule with multiple deadlines, while effectively communicating changes that might occur.
- Must have the ability to stay positive, effective and efficient in a fast and ever-changing environment
